Each player is permitted one active account on 4dgang. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly in the event of any change. Account information that is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading may result in immediate account suspension.
4dgang may, at its discretion and in compliance with its anti-money laundering obligations, require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any stage. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of verification.
All deposits made to and withdrawals requested from the 4dgang platform must be transacted using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. 4dgang does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, payment methods owned by third parties. Accepted payment methods currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and selected cryptocurrency wallets.
4dgang reserves the right to reverse any deposit or refuse any withdrawal request if, upon investigation, there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or a dispute with the relevant payment provider.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the 4dgang platform. Standard withdrawal processing times apply and are dependent on the selected payment method. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost) are typically processed within minutes for verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
4dgang does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which 4dgang accepts no liability.
4dgang offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. 4dgang reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, subject to any legal requirements to the contrary.
All bets placed on the 4dgang platform are subject to the applicable game rules, which are displayed within each game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.
4dgang reserves the right to void any bet placed under circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, system malfunction, use of prohibited software, evidence of collusion, or where the integrity of a sporting event or game outcome is in doubt. In cases of voided bets, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
All bet settlement decisions made by 4dgang are final, subject to any appeal process described in the applicable game or sportsbook rules. Results published by 4dgang for sporting events are based on official results sourced from recognised governing bodies.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4dgang platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. No content from the 4dgang platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without prior written consent from 4dgang.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4dgang shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes losses arising from technical errors, system outages, payment processing failures, or any inaccuracy in odds or game results that is subsequently corrected.
4dgang does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond 4dgang's reasonable control may affect platform availability. 4dgang will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance windows in advance.
Nothing in these Terms limits 4dgang's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
4dgang processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the 4dgang platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described therein.

Nothing in this clause prevents 4dgang from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
